@eventbrite @FTC @eventbrite let me clarify - I got double charged for tickets. Your trust and safety refuses to issue a refund. They tell me to ask the event organizer but the event organizer didn’t do anything wrong … your platform failed and hung.

The event organizer doesn’t allow refunds but I just want a refund on the duplicate pair of tickets I now have doubly ordered since the screen was hung
