@evabeylin A true L2 is permissionless. It's hard to imagine a stablecoin VC chain without some guardrails like KYC, allow/block lists, and other compliance features. I'm speculating but no one is answering your question so what are we supposed to think? How is it different this time?

All the crypto VC bets of the last cycle ended up being completely wrong. The big winner (Hyperliquid) had zero VC funding. Lesson to founders: build what you think should exist. Do not listen to VCs and don’t chase narratives that they construct.
