The index wars primarily written to halt the publication and translation of certain books in Catholic Europe. This is not something that can be enforced in 2026.

@John_markos_ I hate the moving of the goal posts by that guy. Adoration just isn’t in our tradition the same way it is in the West. And that’s okay. I don’t see why us Orthodox have to condemn everything not in our tradition as heretical or wrong. Things can exist and we can just ignore it.
