This afternoon, the CCU is proudly participating in today’s Clean Cooking Cook-Off at St. Kizito High School, Namugongo. Together with partners @IRENA and CIGS, we are showcasing evidence-based, practical demonstrations on modern clean cooking technologies: electric, LPG, improved biomass and solar-aided solutions. This is more than a competition. It is an opportunity to correct misinformation, engage young people and inspire a shift toward safer, healthier and more sustainable cooking solutions for Uganda. 💡 Clean cooking is the future. 👩🏽‍🍳 And today, we’re showing why. #CleanCookingUG #EnergyTransition #IRENA #Uganda

Today, our mentees from the #YouthClimateMentorshipProgram engaged in an onsite learning session at St. Kizito High School, Namugongo—a pioneer in climate education!  This school has fully integrated #ClimateEducation into its curriculum, empowering students to lead in sustainability. From repurposing plastics to clean energy production, hydroponics, and urban gardening, these young changemakers are proving that a #CircularEconomy is possible.
