I bought a Model Y this past weekend and my mind is absolutely BLOWN. I had to take this video and send it to my entire family like an absolute fan girl. It reminds me of when the first iPhone came out and we were in awe of a computer being in our hand. I bet we don’t even drive ourselves anywhere in ten years. I drove two hours to work yesterday and didn’t touch the steering wheel once. @Tesla

Tamarind increased fluoride excretion by 37% in a clinical trial 3.5 to 4.8 mg/day with just 10g daily for 18 days. This finding has been repeated in animals, and a follow-up study switched kids to fluoride-free water, then added tamarind. Excretion went back up. Researchers believe its ability to lower blood fluoride levels helps release stored fluoride from bone. Tamarind is one of the only natural foods shown to do this in humans

Love the content but please, learn how to write using PARAGRAPHS. This story isn't long but paragraphs make it easy to follow. I got lost for a second and it took me a bit to find out where I was. Every time you change thoughts, skip a line and start a new one. It's not difficult but if you post long articles, it makes it much more likely people will read it. If it runs on and on and on, it's hard to follow. Just being constructive to help you keep your followers following you!

Deep beneath the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, scientists have uncovered a hidden scar from one of Earth’s most violent prehistoric moments: the Nadir Crater.Buried under roughly 1,000 feet (300 meters) of sediment on the Guinea Plateau, this nearly 5.7-mile-wide (9.2 km) impact structure was formed about 66 million years ago—right around the time the dinosaurs vanished. Advanced 3D seismic imaging has now revealed its anatomy in stunning detail, confirming it was carved by a roughly 1,500-foot (400–500 meter) asteroid slamming into the seafloor at speeds of approximately 45,000 mph (72,000 km/h).Unlike craters on land that slowly erode away, this marine impact site was quickly blanketed and preserved, offering an exceptionally pristine record. The data show the seafloor fracturing across vast areas, a prominent central uplift rising hundreds of meters, terraced rims, and intense subsurface deformation—clear fingerprints of a hypervelocity cosmic collision. In the chaotic minutes after impact, molten material surged and the crust rebounded violently. The consequences were cataclysmic. The strike displaced an enormous volume of water in an ocean roughly 2,600 feet (800 meters) deep, triggering towering tsunami waves that reached heights of over 2,600 feet (800 meters) near the impact zone—taller than many of today’s skyscrapers. These megawaves would have raced across the Atlantic, reshaping seabeds far and wide through powerful resurge and propagation. This discovery gives researchers an unprecedented window into how asteroid impacts unfold in marine environments, which are far harder to study than their land-based counterparts. It also adds a dramatic twist to the story of the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction: while the giant Chicxulub impact in Mexico delivered the knockout blow, Nadir may represent a second, devastating strike from the same chaotic period—possibly part of an impact cluster or a fragmented parent body.As scientists continue to probe Earth’s deep history, the Nadir Crater stands as a haunting reminder of how fragile life on our planet can be—and how celestial forces have repeatedly reshaped its biological and geological destiny.Source: Nicholson, U., et al. @bigboybokchoy I don't see any saturated fat in there. Bet you're not aware that GLP1 is stimulated by SATURATED FAT. Eat a meal without it and you EAT MORE FOOD. If it's high carb, that means weight gain. Saturated fat meals make you eat less.

My mother texted me the other day asking about her lipids. "What's your fasting insulin?" I asked. Her doctor has never ordered this, not once. She's going back to the lab to "complete" her bloodwork today. If your doctor doesn't order this lab, you need a new doctor.

One number predicts 10-year cardiovascular risk better than almost anything else I run. Not cholesterol. Not blood pressure. Not BMI. Fasting insulin. If yours has never been ordered, bring it up at your next appointment. Normal on the lab report is not the same as optimal.

If you struggle to sleep at night, consider drinking 300-500ml of cow's MILK. Cow’s milk has traditionally been considered a sleep-promoting beverage. This is most likely because milk is rich in nutrients, such as calcium and potassium, which can aid in sleep If you can’t tolerate cows milk, try goat or camel milk.

I'm on the peptide train. After a week of BPC-157 (8 injections, 500mcg subcutaneous abdominal), persistent ankle tendon pain from a snowboarding injury a year ago is barely noticeable, and ankle mobility is significantly improved. Chronic tech neck and shoulder pain is also much less present. No other significant lifestyle changes. Will still be on this cycle another 11 weeks, but seems positive with no observable side effects so far. Yesterday I added TB-500 (1 injection, 2mg) as well, and in a week or two, I plan to add GHK-Cu assuming the first two are well-tolerated. I also plan to move to local injections of BPC-157 near injury sites while continuing systemically.

A new tipping scam is spreading across the country, and this is just one example. Look closely: A $60 check demands a $30 tip for "18%". Why? The fine print admits the machine secretly calculates your tip AFTER tax and BEFORE discounts. Several restaurants are quietly adopting this to double-dip. Are we seriously supposed to tip on the government's dime now?

I meet an unbelievable number of people over 80, in amazing health with a positive attitude, and when I ask them what their secret is, they tell me: Oh doc, I have my favorite cocktail every evening! I’m a doctor and you will never be able to convince me that alcohol is all bad

Look into the following supplements. NAC. I take the Now brand. Also get a quality METHYLATED B vitamin, I take Thorne brand. Some people have genetic issues and cannot process synthetic B vitamins. Those can cause problems in those with the Gene issues. Both on Amazon and you can probably have them in no more than two days.

@blatant_sock @SeedOilDsrspctr Switch to Chosen. I love Duke’s and Kraft mayonnaise, dearly. But I switched to Chosen brand which we get at Costco. It’s 10 or $11 a quart, but I wouldn’t care if it was 20 I would still buy it.

@SeedOilDsrspctr It's actually trivially easy to just eat what you cook and salad dressings come together in like 90 secondsif you knowwhat you'redoing. Prepackaged stuff is mostly junk food. I think the only seed oils in our house is dukes mayo, which we use once in a blue moon for tuna salad

I’m at the point where I don’t believe any of these studies where people “didn’t eat seed oils”. So, they went to zero restaurants? Ate basically no food from packages? Never had salad dressing or used sauces? The only people NOT eating seed oils are those who are VERY specifically altering their lives in drastic ways, and people with crippling OCD and they only eat boiled cabbage or something. (Rare)

It’s not the process, though that’s disgusting, it’s the omega 6 fat. It has double bonds in the molecules. If you ever had chemistry, you know that makes it very un unstable, unlike saturated fat in a big ribeye or a burger. Omega six fat is easily oxidized in the blood and tissue by heat, oxygen or iron. In your Fry Daddy, every time you heat it, more of it breaks down, releasing more toxins into the cooking oil. Some of these toxins cause DNA damage. One of those toxins is also a toxin in cigarette smoke. Look it up! Saturated fat, what they tell everyone to avoid, is very robust, and loaded with nutrients. When you stop eating vegetable oil, assuming you replace it and get ample saturated fat, it will protect your skin from sunburn. The sun absolutely destroys skin cells made with omega six fat and that’s why you sunburn without sunscreen in an hour. I can get on my boat on the lake for four or five hours in the sun and not burn! Lastly, the reason they claim LDL cholesterol is a killer, is because seed oils make the LDL particles very small. There’s actually a test you can request that will tell you your particle size, and on that test there is a chart and it will show you whether your particle size is healthy or unhealthy. When you stop or drastically, eliminate vegetable oil, the particle size will enlarge to normal size. One last thought. Omega six fat is essential for health, as is water. The dose is the poison. To get a tablespoon of corn oil, you would have to eat 17 years of corn. I love corn and I could probably eat three or four, but nobody is eating 17, especially two or three times a day like happens when you eat food made with or cooked in vegetable oil i.e. mayonnaise, chips and many salad dressings. Y’all debate all you want and do what you want, but I ain’t eating the shit! 😂

They might not take it from you, but it will take you from you overtime. You are destroying your body slowly. If you don’t have it already, you likely will develop a fib in your 40s or after. Friends, my age, I’m an early 60s or having heart attack attacks left and right. My wife and I were tested, her CAC score was zero. I smoked two packs a day and ate junk food twice a day for years when I first started my business. My CAC score was 14. That’s insignificant. I still have strong erections in my early 60s. I have friends who can’t even get it up. But eat all you want, most people do. One day however, the chickens will come home to roost.
