Officers are on scene of a pedestrian crash at Little River Turnpike and Southland Ave in Lincolnia. An adult male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the striking vehicle was located nearby and charged with DUI. (1/2)

Given how messy the transition to the "Commanders" originally was, the new ownership group deserves a ton of credit. They’ve done a phenomenal job building a real brand and identity around it while making it feel familiar. Hard to see how they could've played the hand they were dealt any better. #RaiseHail

Police in Sevierville, TN, arrested Enrique Estrada-Martinez March 30 in connection with the pedestrian death of a 73-year-old man. Enrique Estrada-Martinez was the country illegally and not licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the U.S. when he allegedly struck Henry Smith of Kentucky and left the scene. Smith was found dead on the road. He’s charged locally with HIT & RUN CAUSING DEATH and DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE. Estrada-Martinez has a history of motor vehicle violations, including a DWI conviction. He has a FINAL ORDER OF REMOVAL on the books, and he’s reentered the country illegally at least twice. According to his rap sheet, he has prior arrests for: —Driving without a license —One-way-road violation —Evading arrest —DUI —Felony reckless endangerment —No proof of insurance Estrada-Martinez was arrested by local police with help from ICE Knoxville officers. In 2022, the Commanders had only 15 people in personnel and scouting, and only 5 full-time staffers on their athletic training/medical staff. Now they have 26 people in personnel/scouting and 15 people in player health and performance.
