@McDonaldsUK Can restaurants be trained to present trays so the placemat and branding on the meal is the right way up for the customer? It’s a little thing but makes a big difference.

@JoeJulians @mkenn80 Low competition so not splitting the audience for those who want a horror movie and allows the brand alone to do the work. Amazingly though they’ve never released at Halloween, but the promo for the first two movies likely started then.

@TackJompson When the likes of Neighbours & Home and Away launched they catered to Australian & British audiences the same way, largely because there were British Execs pioneering Aussie TV. When Australia found its own tone is where Neighbours started struggling and Home and Away changed.

@TackJompson I think the issue is the execs are so focused on resale & catering for International audiences. EastEnders for all its highs & lows never really tries to be anything other than a soap for too long (maybe because its tone was always darker), serial killers aren’t one out, one in…

I think a lot of the problem with modern soaps is that the people in charge of them hate soaps.

@tvukzone They really cocked up when they handed 8-9pm to the BBC by having the hour long soaps. The likes of Traitors or Race Across the World have been huge hits for pre-watershed primetime entertainment, they now only have the 9-10pm hour for that. Up there with the 10.30pm News error.

ITV already having to repurpose daytime gameshows to fill their new 7:30pm weekday slot. On Wednesday 21st January they're treating us to #DealOrNoDeal "Banker's Best Battles". What's on ITV2 at the same time you ask? A repeat of Deal Or No Deal.

@superTV247 Big enough studio wasted space which could of included a audience with this set looking at the background it’s a big enough space.

Loose Women also have a new studio, new desk and slightly new graphics. They no longer have an audience and the set has also been stripped back — and is it just me that sees LN in the corner as opposed to LW? 🫣 #LooseWomen

@ProductionsJAW I think because it’s no longer based on a real location, plus that shot into the corner. Where the camera faces the screens head on they’re not as bad.

@arranessex @RyanSoapKing25 He didn’t have the ready money at the time as he was helping Kathy to buy the laundrette, cab company & limo from Kat. That seems to have been dropped or has quietly happened in the background, or he’s freed up capital after doing so.

Since when did Ian have enough money to pay off Max Branning to leave Walford when he couldn't afford £3k to pay back Lauren for the scam? The Max & Denise moment 👀 but will she be in the flashforward tomorrow? 🤔 Ian's proposition towards Max was so feeble 😂 #EastEnders
