First, PE IRRs are not fake. They are fully audited and overseen by the SEC. Claiming they are fake is just non-sense. Second, it is clear you have never been on the board of a publicly traded company. The governance is essentially non existent. Some do end up with great CEOs. But when they don't the board does little about it. Third, I rarely see claims made about PE volatility. There is really no way to measure PE volatility so any claims about PE having lower vol are obviously wrong. But once again I rarely see it....

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.

As a pilot it’s time for you to either do more research before posting or stop pretending to be an expert in “air disasters.” Once the MCAS thought there was an AOA issue it pitched nose down for airspeed. The pilots had no clue it was even installed and why the plane was trying to kill them. Boeing made the FAA believe the max was the same airframe as previous models so they could sell it as “no additional pilot training. In reality it was a larger aircraft with a different center of gravity and the MCAS was installed to try and compensate for that fact without the need to train pilots on the new airframe.
