Subject: Request for Manual Review – Channel Suspension Appeal (Kabaddi Day Nazaray)
Dear YouTube Team,
I am writing to appeal the suspension of my YouTube channel “Kabaddi Day Nazaray.” My channel was created in 2018 and has grown organically over the years with consistent hard work, original sports coverage, and community engagement. The channel had more than 400,000+ subscribers and 500+ original kabaddi-related videos, all produced, recorded, or edited by myself.
On 3 November 2025, my channel was suddenly suspended. I strongly believe this suspension may have been caused by an automated system error or a misunderstanding of my content. My videos are related to kabaddi matches, highlights, commentary, and sports entertainment—none of which violate YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
My channel has never engaged in:
• Spam
• Reused/duplicated content
• Impersonation
• Circumvention behaviour
• Harmful or misleading practices
The entire growth of my channel was natural, and all content was created through legitimate means. Losing a channel that I have built over 7 years with passion and dedication is extremely discouraging.

I’ve always operated under one email, created all 4,000+ videos myself, and never used multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
Your recent replies are factually incorrect — those channels are linked to my verified Google account.
Under the Digital Services Act (EU):
Article 17: platforms must give clear reasons for content moderation.
Article 35: large platforms must provide transparency and human oversight.
And under U.S. transparency acts (S.1876), large platforms are expected to disclose algorithmic decision-making & appeal processes.
I formally request:
1️⃣ A full manual human review (not automated).
2️⃣ A detailed explanation of what content violated your rules — with URLs, timestamps & referenced channels.

I never imagined Id lose years of work not because I broke rules, but because YouTube AI did.
My channels were deleted without a real human review. I followed every rule, provided proof, waited months… and still, silence.
After months of fighting for justice, YouTube finally replied but my channels remain gone.
@YouTubeInsider said they “care deeply” about creators. Then please, prove it, let a real human review my case before my work disappears forever.

I received a private message from YouTube, as shown in the picture, confirming the continuation of the original decision stating that my channel publishes content from another creator who was banned or from a channel that was terminated.
This is completely untrue. The videos on my channel are exclusively mine — I record them myself in my own studio with my own equipment: camera, microphone, and all filming tools. I personally edit the content and upload it myself to my channel.
This response came only four minutes after I sent my appeal, which clearly shows it was the automated reply you sent me. Now you are again relying on that same automated response, which is completely false.
Well, if you are being truthful, I want a link to the videos you claim are from another banned creator, or the title of the video, or the name of the banned channel, or the name of the creator whose videos I supposedly publish on my channel.
I challenge you — if you are truthful — to prove it.
Secondly, this is regarding my first channel, which was removed on August 16th for allegedly violating the “circumvention policy.”
What about my other channels that were removed for “spam and scams”?
Why were they not reviewed or even mentioned in your message?
This proves that it’s the same automated response I received in August.
When I contacted support by email, they gave me a completely different reason than the one you mentioned now or in August. As shown in the screenshots, they said my channel was connected to other terminated channels — and that’s also completely false.
I have no other channels.
Neither my email, my device, nor my IP address has ever been linked to any other channel or account that was terminated.
I have proof of every single word I say.
Now, I want real evidence for every claim you made to justify removing my three channels.
I want proof.
I want a real review by a human being — not an automated system.
I want all three of my channels reviewed, not just one.
Provide evidence for your claim about my first channel being terminated for “violations.”
I want links to the videos, their titles, or the name of the creator or channel you claim was banned.
As I said before, your statements are inconsistent.
I have the right to transparency and to have a real human review my case — not an AI system.
