It was a normal day for this Uber driver. He’s been picking up and dropping off people all day. Everything was going fine for him until he picks up this woman. Off the bat he says she seemed a little weird and spaced out. He was talking to a friend on a hands free headset when she stated that she felt unsafe with him in the car. So he pulls over and she calls customer service.
She lies to customer service about not being able to go elsewhere because there is no business’s she can wait at for another Uber. She insists that customer service calls the police as well. She’s also refusing to leave his car because of a package in his trunk and claims she is afraid he might drive off with it.
In a situation like this what do you do when she’s refusing to leave the car, do you just call the police yourself so they can remove her for you?
