@DrNeilStone Hi, native Hebrew speaker here. This word means nothing in Hebrew. The closest words I can think of are "hunta" which means junta. The word "kharta" means (in Arabic, but used by israelis) means scam or BS. The word "kharata" means regret.

The bill solves the problem of gun owners being permitted to carry in one state, but charged with a Felony in another.
