Once she had finished the check she then blamed me because there was a pepper that was unscanned as it didn't have a barcode sticker on it. Your staff should be aware that peppers do not have labels on them and that the barcode is on the shelves, which I had scanned.

@sainsburys I frequently shop at one or two of your local stores, at least once a week. I use self service and this often requires checks from assistants at the checkout. This used to be 5 items but more recently it has been the entire basket.
