where is my flight @lastminute_com I booked 20 hours ago and still no flight confirmation! Message just says 'waiting for booking confirmation'. You have debited my money! Flight is in 3 days time! No customer care, only a computer bot to talk to

@easyJetholidays @easyJet @easyJet_press @easyjetholidays are only offering me to send an email, which I did 4 days ago and nobody replied. My parents are old and scared and without any medication, their holiday is ruined, I am on the verge of having to fly out to them. Surely there is someone who can help them?

@easyJet please help my elderly parents whose luggage you have lost on their flight to Tenerife 3 days ago. Their bag contained their medication - they have NOTHING. So far @easyjet have not responded to a single message - @easyJet_press @easyJetholidays HELP

What a joke @easyjet - lost baggage of elderly couple containing all of their medication. @easyjet don't bother to reply to messages and have offered £75 total via an automated response for a totally ruined holiday

@easyJet Unbelievably there is no easyJet phone number for lost luggage, only an email, which has been ignored for 4 days. You have lost the bag, containing all medication, and nobody at @easyjet cares. My parents are going to have to fly home and their holiday has been ruined
