JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed.
The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle.
"After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department.
"Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense."
"Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges."
The case has been closed.

Let's look at what led to the Dryer goal in the 3rd minute last night - first, the center midfield had pushed up defensively, which created a pocket of space between the midfield and defensive line. When SD gained possession, Onni Valakari had acres of space to move the ball upfield and decide on a plan of attack. From the CITY perspective, Timo got caught ball watching and moved towards Valakari, instead of staying closer to Ingvartsen. Instead of allowing Orozco to step to Valakari, which he had started to, Timo vacated and left a 30+ foot passing lane for Valakari between himself and Polvara. Ingvartsen's lovely outside of the foot flick set up Dryer perfectly, and Dryer isn't going to miss from that spot often. A curious decision by Timo to step towards Valakari when he should have been able to see Orozco's positioning.

The league wants a marketing website. Wouldn’t having top tier coverage of the league be a good way to get eyes?
Why doesn’t the extremely successful and self sufficient Extratime podcast not exist anymore? And remains without a replacement?
The website is a place i got into MLS from. It’s what helped drive me to want to do this job. I know there are a ton of fans who feel the same.
This is the place that most — if not all — of your favorite MLS writers and podcasters came through or worked for.
It’s a shame. As it was for around a dozen other people laid off or not renewed or phased out who were integral to fans and helped grow the league.
