@wa_workshop Comic is so cute I forgot racism existed for a minute.
English

Concept: People of color bring able to appreciate non-human primates without having to worry about invoking racist comparisons designed to ridicule and isolate them. He said “us” not “you”.

@Paleonyx_Art @ShinyResurgence Huh. Guess I never considered their absence before. Terrestrial crocodilomorphs did it a couple times. Maybe the niche was full or it didn’t provide enough advantages.
English

@ShinyResurgence If that existed, it would be the first quadrupedal carnivorous dinosaur right?
English

Rather interesting potential for a carnivorous quadrupedal sauropodomorph with raptorial talons on the forefeet

@Lex_cat11 Everyone knows the spotted hyena, but there are other species! The shaggy brown hyena and stripped hyena are solitary or live in small family groups. And the tiny aardwolf is the smallest species that mostly eats bugs.

English

@pv_hristov Demons are extra vulnerable after they molt. Or is that crabs? Maybe demons are stronger.
English

@washghost1 The pup at the beginning I believe is a stripped hyena, which is a more rare species. No way you’d find it online labeled as a dog.
English

@souljagoyteller A handful of animals use stone tools. What I would consider the “Stone Age” is if they are modifying and keeping tools. Ie not just selecting useful rocks and twigs but shaping them for a purpose and re-using them.

@cosmic_marvel Charlie also said if he knows anything he would lie.

Charlie Cox says Jon Bernthal will not return as The Punisher in ‘DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN’ Season 2.
“He was gallivanting with Spider-Man the entire time.”

@EarthArchivesHQ Oh interesting. There’s currently a semi terrestrial bat in New Zealand today. I guess it’s somewhere safe habitat for ground bats.
English

The fossilised remains of a giant burrowing bat that lived in New Zealand millions of years ago have been found by an international team of scientists.

@terminallyOL Absolutely baffling he would think an adopted alien with no home planet would care about borders. Or that he’d be against people escaping bad situations to find a better life. Truly confusing.

@HubPointless He probably looks like this on set and they’re projecting a larger Rock on top of the Rock.

What are we doing here

First look at Dwayne Johnson as Maui in the live-action ‘MOANA’ remake.
English

@spidermanias Black Cat does feel like a weird exclusion when you compare that Cat Woman has appeared in virtually every live action Batman.
English

We haven’t adapted enough villains in live action to warrant ANY repeat villains.
Spider-Man still hasn’t fought: Kraven, Carnage, Black cat, Morlun, Hobgoblin, Shriek, Chameleon, Morbius, Beetle, Prowler, Sineater, Mister Negative

Which Spider-Man opinion has you like this?

@DougWahl1 It’s a strategy. Some percent of the base will think this is a real problem just because the bill was introduced.

@barkmeta The past is not hidden or erased. We know so much about the planet before the most recent ice age and the ones before that.
English

@barkmeta Multicellular life is only 600 million years old at most. So yes, for the first 4 billion there was not much to look at. Terrestrial animals don’t appear until 430 mill years. Mammals don’t get large and diverse until 60 mill years ago. And hominids appear at just 7 m.
English

The planet is 4.5 billion years old. Civilization is supposedly 6,000 years old.
Nothing happened for 4.5 billion years? Not once?
There are pyramids on every continent. Cities underwater. Structures modern engineers can’t replicate…
The Earth resets itself with ice ages. Everything gets buried. We start over thinking we’re the first civilization.
What if we’re not?
