@F3_ItalianJob While I need to do this... it's easier said than done... because I feel like I can make a difference (like I can control things and would be remiss for not trying).

Practice the “let them” theory. When someone leaves you out, let them. When your company is laying people off, let them. Stop spending so much time & energy trying to control other people. Don’t get emotionally worked up over things out of your control. Just let go and let them.

@darkhelmetF3 We had someone formally suggest at work that we move to a 32 hour work week at the same pay at 40 hours, but anything over 32 hours being seen as overtime pay. Pretty sure we're just waiting on HR to officially say...
