1. Keeping God's laws to earn your salvation
And
2. Keeping them because you desire to live according to God's standard of righteousness.
The first is an affront to the cross.
The second demonstrates the fruit of salvation.

It is when you realize that the federal government is using tax money to subsidize insurance companies and indirectly fund major healthcare providers while effectively destroying any real competition in the market.
There is literally zero incentive for insurance and healthcare providers to be better as a result, which is why government shouldn't be involved in dictating how companies do business or forcing people to take insurance they may not want or need.

Ironically, the ACA has only made healthcare less affordable for many people while lowering the quality of care they get, but that's what happens when government socializes medicine and makes it harder for smaller healthcare providers to offer competitive services at better rates

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time. The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.
