Couldn’t disagree more. Biden’s historical reputation will be almost Buchanan tier bad, even worse than it deserves to be. We judge past presidents on their legacy defining decisions and Biden botched all of his: Gaza, Merrick Garland, running again, his cognitive decline, etc.

I have long maintained that Biden will be viewed favorably by history 1) because he was a very good president and 2) he will look even better when viewed between the disaster of 2 Trump presidencies. It’s already playing out. I will be vindicated sooner than expected ❤️

@SlopHq Geothermal energy hasn't been as accessible as an energy source until a few years ago when Fervo and others achieved advanced geothermal which can be placed basically anywhere.

geothermal energy is literally just using the earth as a battery. the heat is there. it's always there. it doesn't stop when wind dies or the sun sets. and we've barely explored it because it's not as photogenic as wind turbine. we're making energy decisions based on aesthetics

@AlHendiify The same politicians who oppose new housing also oppose making business formation easier. Making permitting easier, allowing smaller store sizes, and removing parking requirements can all go into reducing costs and increasing competition.

I’m going say this til I die: business landlords are a principal reason things in your city are unaffordable, why businesses want you in and out of the door, why wages are so low, jobs are so understaffed, and why small businesses aren’t multi generational.

Something Dems/libs need to start doing (which the left and the right both do) is go out and ascribe nasty motives to the enemy—explain their moral worldview in your own terms. It’s incredibly effective, and helps define your own morality as negation

@kmixbye Ebooks are usually cheaper. Printing has gotten fairly expensive today. But when you buy digitally the author gets more of the total money which is nice for them.
