81g of protein here. You don’t need to eat all 4 at once though. Probably best doing it 2 at a time though does depend on your protein needs / intake for the day. For muscle protein synthesis better to eat and wait a while. For protein absorption you could eat all 4 if you wanted. Just take longer to digest. 4 would give me a sore stomach too much dairy at one time. I used to be able to do 500g fage when I was near 240 lbs. It’s up to you though. We are gonna make it. Cost £5 though. 1.25 per.
