In a PS-matched cohort of 4,066 women with chronic severe CAD: 1️⃣ MACCE was higher after PCI (HR 1.81; 95% CI 1.63–2.01) 2️⃣ All-cause mortality was higher after PCI (HR 1.34; 95% CI 1.16–1.54) 3️⃣ CV readmission (MI, HF, or stroke) was higher after PCI (HR 1.40; 95% CI 1.32–1.49)
