This pic sums up the current state of #iot: @samsung tv is meant to turn on when you approach; @philips hue bulb is meant to be at a lower brightness; @apple HomeKit is meant to turn on two lamps at once. Huge companies crappy software are delaying the day iot becomes ubiquitous.

@British_Airways I find it fascinating there are resources available to say "that wasn't us" but none to fix your website, lean on the airport to do basic things, or even have *anything* to fill a customs declaration form in when several of your aircraft had nobody to unload the luggage.

@MatthewScott @British_Airways There’s no official number. But after waiting a bit more than an hour I went and tried to get some help. I was told it might be another 2-3 hours, fill out this form. Luggage will be with you by Saturday. I’ll make sure to mention that in the talk I’m giving on Friday.
