Inspired by @MrMattock at #MathsConf23 and his idea of introducing mean to pupils in a way which they can understand how & why we get our answer. I think this is useful to model live on a visualiser but I animated this to share with colleagues. Grey on final bit or colours?

@themathsbazaar Thanks for the reply. We were having the same train of thought. A shame there is not something as a cheaper alternative but I get that it needs to be viable for Pearson

@MathematicAlley Sadly no. This has never been available. We gave up paying £800pa just to access the front-of-class book. We'd have been very happy with an e-book or locked PDF, but Pearson wouldn't make enough money out of it.
