I've just had a knee arthroscopy and would agree with all the points in this thread 🧵 For me the biggest surprise was the pain relief - keeping it topped up made such a difference. I did have to set up my own drug chart as was getting confused about what I'd taken when!

If you are not guilty, you should plead not guilty. If you are guilty, and there is strong evidence to show that you are guilty, you should probably plead guilty. Not least as you will get a significantly lighter sentence. Get your legal advice from a lawyer. Not from Twitter.
