@holdmch @EurostarUK If St Pancras was rebuilt to be a practical railway station rather than a shopping mall it might be a better experience. See also East Midlands Railway platforms.

I know space in the @EurostarUK terminal at St Pancras is limited, but there seems to be a continuing absence of any interest in minimising the stress of negotiating the station. Here’s a mass of passengers prevented from joining the queue to get in just 75’ before departure 1/3

The last train from St Pancras to Bedford was at 1927. We have just left STP on the next train that left at 2118. There were a good 2,000 refugees on the platform yet it's calling at Luton only and terminating there. Oh for the days of FCC and four trains per hour. @TLRailUK

🚭 No one wants to travel in a cloud of smoke. It's illegal to smoke on our trains or at stations, where we also don't permit the use of e-cigarettes.

@TLRailUK - not fit for human purpose since 2017 when Govia took over. A tidy 90 minute gap in the service from London to Flitwick because you won't employ enough drivers. This used to be a quarter hourly service you cowboys. 🤠

@TLRailUK @saxclt Absolute nonsense. Dumping 400 people on platform 3 at Luton. There is this thing called the evening peak when you should be getting passengers home, not saving 4 minutes on a late running train.

@TLRailUK 9R44 evening peak service. Let's kick everyone off at Luton and run it fast to Bedford. Nobody needs the stations in between. The train made up a mahusive 4 minutes. Round of applause from the 400 on Luton platform 3. Good job 😀

@leicestercntrl It was a real shame that the Moorgate line got closed as it would have served as a bolthole for trains ex Bedford & Luton to terminate when there is severe disruption south of the river.
