The South Simcoe Police Association team triumphed in a thrilling shootout against Bradford Fire! We want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting a great cause. Donations from the event went to the Helping Hand Food Bank in Bradford, making a difference in our community.

Last night, we held a local Memorial Run to Remember in honour of our fallen officers. South Simcoe Police members ran 4 km as a tribute to those killed in the line of duty. Thank you to Sudbury Police for joining us. A moment of silence was observed at Constable Devon Northrup Memorial Park, Alan Kuzmich Memorial Park, and at the South Division for Constable Morgan Russell. This morning, South Simcoe Police members joined hundreds of participants at Queen’s Park to kick off the 460 km Canadian National Police and Peace Officers' Memorial Run to Remember from Toronto to Ottawa in advance of Sunday’s National Police and Peace Officers' Memorial Service. #R2R #HeroesInLife #NeverForget #MemorialRun
