@UrbanHermit15 @AmazonUK Father, try chia seeds. They're 100% natural and work 100% of the time. Tescos sell them. They're very inexpensive. I use them to counter the lack of fibre in my low carb diet.

@AmazonUK do you consider it acceptable to send medications so poorly packaged that they turn up damaged!!! I am not happy about this, I cannot return it as it is needed.

Looking back on 2025.. The film I wrote and produced on Pauline Boty was shown on the BBC to great reviews & I said goodbye to some great people that I will miss immensely .. life it gives & it takes, eh.. Happy New Year to you all at the bells & thanks for all the support x
