Before we brought in McKay, we were getting exposed week in, week out key forwards were having a field day against us! Even someone like Dustin Fletcher, as great as he was, would find it tough playing full back in a side where the ball is coming in so easily and so often. No defender thrives under that kind of pressure. Ben McKay is going to be a key pillar for us when we start winning consistently. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely ,his positioning can get better, but he’s far from our biggest issue. He’s holding things together more than people realise, and in a more balanced, better-functioning side, his impact will only grow. Patience. Progress. Perspective!

@ScooterMcNeice Picking Robey to debut on the back of his vfl performance last week would be a very, very interesting decision.

From Brads presser: Sullivan Robey travelling with the team so he is either an emergency or playing. Gut feel he is an emergency (my view). Ridley back in. Sharp and Fiorini both in rehab and looks unlikely. Wont surprise if Nguyen comes in for Guelfi in forward role
