@randomUn23 @utsavtechie They have just launched Priority Postpaid. Only those users are getting SA, and that too at a higher price and only in a few cities in India. The majority of users are on prepaid plans. Why doesn’t it work for prepaid users?

@graves_dam22031 @IndianTechGuide Yeah, because your ancestors were in India for over 200 years and looted $45 trillion worth of wealth.

@nihalnova @goodairindia Amazing work! Could you also build an Apple Watch app for this, including widgets and complications? I think it would make the experience even more powerful and accessible.

@TheMehtaji Get a Gan charger not the regular one. I've been using this:

@ShishirShelke1 Can you set it up on the base iPhone 17 and compare it with the iPhone 17 Pro Max? Since the base iPhone 17/16/15 Pro models won’t get on-device Siri AI, a real-world comparison using the same Siri queries would be helpful for the majority of users.

Finally it’s here!

4 days since I installed the iOS 27 beta and I’m still on the Siri AI Waitlist

@MKBHD I used to take photos like these 10 years ago with Google nexus phones.

I looked up at the sky last night in a remote location with no light pollution and was amazed by the number of stars I could see. So I pulled out my phone and snapped a photo, not expecting much. iPhone Air, 3 second handheld exposure. Pretty incredible how much it got. Modern smartphones are so good

@_brooketierney_ Hey Brooke, Can you please compare how Siri AI works on iPhone 17 Pro (using on-device models) vs iPhone 17 & other supported devices using both on-device and cloud models? What’s the real-world difference? Thanks!

@LeakerApple Has anyone compared how Siri AI works on iPhone 17 vs iPhone 17 Pro? Cloud and on device models? How they work differently?

5 new Apple Foundation Models:
AFM 3 Core: 3B parameter on-device model, similar to the one we had before but smarter.
AFM 3 Core Advanced: 20B parameter on-device model for iPhone 17 Pro/Air, iPad Pro M4 (12GB RAM) and M3 Macs (12GB RAM). Custom-designed by Apple using an innovative architecture to minimise DRAM usage. Could possibly be the best on-device model of its class.
AFM 3 Cloud and AFM 3 Cloud Image: Powers Siri AI, Image editing and Image Playground. Runs on Apple Silicon through PCC.
AFM 3 Cloud Pro: Used for agentic and complex reasoning tasks. Runs on Google Cloud with Nvidia and Intel chips that meet Apple’s strict PCC guidelines.
All of these models are built by Apple, they are NOT Gemini models. Apple is said to have distilled some of these models using Gemini (hence the $1B partnership), but they are all completely new models that use Apple’s own AI expertise and technology.

watchOS 27 Drops Support for Apple Watch Series 9, Ultra 1, SE 2, and Older macrumors.com/2026/06/08/wat…

English

@LuftkoppTim The other way to look at this is, if you own an Apple Watch S9, you get every feature that the S10 and S11 have. Apple killed support for the S9 and older models so people would buy newer ones. Cheap tactics for profit!
English

Killing the Apple Watch Series 9 is the most ridiculous thing Apple did. This HAS to be some sort of error.
If this is true this would mean it would have the shortest software support of any Apple Watch at a laughable 3 years.
It would also mean it's gonna be stuck on the worst watchOS EVER - the thing they actively bragged about avoiding on the iPhone.
AND again, it has literally the same chip as the Series 10 and Ultra 2. Both are supported

@durreadan01 Already switched back to Apple Health. The @googlehealth app also lacks the Google Health Coach feature for non-Fitbit users. There’s no point in using it when Apple Health is already quite good.
English

After using Google Health for ~2 weeks now, I can say it’s one of the worst apps made by Google.
I’m switching back to Apple Health right away.
- It looks good in promotions but looks so weird when you actually use it.
- It’s so sluggish and slow. Most pages take several second to load like it’s a poor webpage.
- Sometimes a page wouldn’t load at all, and I’d have to close and reopen it to get it to work.
- It doesn’t properly utilize my workout data from Apple Health. It shows my workouts, but doesn’t add their metrics to anything like total calories burned or active minutes. It only adds to exercise days.
- Despite having access to my sleep data, it doesn’t give me a sleep score. But maybe that feature is reserved for proprietary gear like FitBit Air.
Overall, I found this to be a really poorly designed, sluggish, and buggy app.

@techdroider Are you kidding me? This is the best gallery app ever in a phone.
