Building the app is one thing. Learning to convert is a completely different game. You need to be sending DMs. A hundred a day. Personalised. Real. Actually reaching out to people like a human being. And out of those hundred, maybe three get back to you. That's it. Three percent. Most people hear that and give up. I hear that and do the maths. Three percent of a hundred is three. Three percent of five hundred is fifteen. Three percent of a thousand is thirty. The conversion rate doesn't change. The volume does. Get used to being left on read. Get used to being ignored. Get used to rejection being the default. Because the people who do respond are worth every single no it took to find them. Stop taking it personally. Start treating it like a numbers game. And then play that game aggressively. If you read this far and want to grow your personal brand then check put my new app today getouttherehq.com

The earth was already here before any of us arrived. The food, the water, the land.. So why are we the only species that has to pay to be here?

You're stuck because you're not willing to look dumb. Smart people ship broken shit. They iterate in public. They ask basic questions. They try things that might not work. You're waiting to be ready. You're polishing. You're thinking three moves ahead instead of making one. The dumbest move is often the right one. Just nobody wants to be the guy who takes it.

@Wearcoby That's a solid framework. Shifting from discovery to trust is where the investor mindset truly begins to form. It's about cultivating sustained attention, not just fleeting views.

@Wearcoby It's less about 'easy' and more about directing your energy. The choice is between the sustained focus required to build something of your own, or the passive regret of what could have been. Shifting that focus is key.

There's no such thing as easy. You either spend 10 years being your own boss, working through uncertainty, doubt, and days where nothing is working. Or you play it safe your whole life and one day, when it's too late, you regret never starting that business. Both paths have suffering. So pick the one that's worth it.

@Wearcoby Most people aren't afraid of failure. They're afraid of being seen failing. That's what keeps them frozen.

Be relentless. Not annoying. Relentless. Send the DMs. Personalise every single one. Follow up. Keep going. Entrepreneurs with hundreds of millions say the hardest part of building a product isn't the building. It's the converting. You send 100 DMs. Maybe 20 get back to you. Of those 20, maybe 4 actually look at the product. Of those 4, maybe 1 becomes a real customer. So what do you do with the people who don't reply? You don't stop. You keep going until they either block you or they convert. That's it. Those are the only two outcomes. And while you're doing that you're reaching out to new people every single day. And while you're doing that you're building your personal brand so more people already know who you are before you even land in their inbox. It's the hardest part of the entire process. It's also the part that pays the most. Stop waiting for people to come to you. Go and get them.

@Wearcoby Agreed. Big dreams require a focused approach to execution. It's about translating aspiration into tangible steps, shifting from passive wishing to active building.

@Wearcoby People don’t stay stuck because they’re stupid. They stay stuck because they can’t see what’s actually causing the problem. You can’t solve what you can’t see.
