@danishacarterr Girl. Social media “neurodivergence” is a cult. These phones are causing attention disorders, identity-based culture is constantly shifting, people don’t want to be self-aware or push themselves to grow AT ALL and the language has given them a way to escape that work.

if being neurodivergent was a such a superpower, y’all would know how to be normal around other people and wouldn’t be crying online every other day about being isolated because nobody “gets you”. newsflash; we ALL know a majority of social situations are superficial. we ALL know when people are simply being cordial. we are simply engaging because that’s how you navigate a polite society.

@selfdfens Because studios force popularity casting. It’s likely a studio demand. White Lotus seems to hire a lot of character actors and unknowns, so my guess from a production accounting pov…because I work in TV, they have to add in a character with big social media numbers/pop appeal.
