The normal answer is to go to court. But why would we take a chance with this partisan court especially this close to an election?

There is a lot of reliance on states to set up alternative verification system in your bill. But no guidance on what that can be. You punt to the EAC (ElectionAssistance Commission ) but that is a split commission of 2 Dems and 2 Republicans. What happens if they can’t agree on guidance? Also what happens if Trump fires them all like he has other commissions? Your bill has a big hole in it.

I talked to multiple Senators today. They know the floor debate is for show and SAVE America is going NOWHERE in the Senate.
Ask yourselves why Voter ID, that over 80% of Americans support, is being blocked? Thune this is not a paid influencer campaign.

I’ve been very supportive of POTUS on Iran & believe getting rid of Maduro was good. But I’ve been appalled by this Admin's tone, rhetoric, tactics & strategy toward Europe. Denigrating our allies has been terrible. Weakness communicated to Putin has caused grave damage. Passive-aggressive communication toward President Zelenskyy is embarrassing. I hear from our allies about the damage this has done & it’s going to take time to repair.
