@marc_palasciano I have been with TMobile since they were VoiceStream, my only carrier. Can you please recommend an alternative carrier?

@TMobile we live in Maine have been a customer for 20 years had TMobile internet issues Kartik from your Washington state customer service office helped us He was tremendous He answered all my questions and I ask a lot of questions We figured out a better positioning of our service box would get us a better service and faster speed He is a credit to T-MOBILE and I wanted to shout him out to you guys So you would know that good old-fashioned customer service is not dead at T-MOBILE And he gets a triple A rating for me THANK YOU

I’ve been with @TMobile for 6 years and never had an issue until they charged my account twice and took money from both of my bank accounts. Because of that, I canceled my service since being a loyal customer for 6 years clearly meant nothing if they couldn’t accommodate me or help resolve the issue. Yet today, I see another charge on my account. I called customer service, and now they’re saying that since I’m no longer a customer, I have to go into a store to verify my identity and wait for someone in the store to send them a code just to see if my refund is valid. So if I’m not a customer anymore, why am I still being charged?

t-mobile is irritating as hell oh my god

@TMobileHelp The agent let the computer set up a payment arrangement. The Phillipines women to put in my payment arrangements. They helped themselves to my bank which bounced 3 times. I didnt see it. There saying it set in stone. I made the payment it said for today

@CoachMel22 @kickitoldschool @TMobile @ATT @Verizon I went with @TMobile and am disappointed in lack of places I can connect where it wasn’t a problem with @Verizon.

I’m still mad at T-Mobile for not letting me keep my phone number smh

@TMobile Not if you have a phone thry chage you

Dead zones are real. And responders don’t get to opt out when coverage drops. T-Satellite by @TMobile adds backup—built into the smartphones they already carry. No new gear. Just connection where towers can’t reach. Is your team covered? t-mo.co/3MenB10
