Now we had to deboard the plane, allegedly so we can reboard the same plane. We did all get a nice cup of water though. Flight was scheduled for 4:40pm departure. Door closed at 5:56. It’s now 8:08. #badservice

Hey @Delta we are on flight 1245 in ATL. Sitting on the tarmac for hour+ with little to no air flow. We had a maintenance issue. Then we had to refuel. Now the maintenance tech left with the log book & we can’t leave without it. This is ridiculous

After having slept on it, here' my 2 cents worth... the @AtlantaFalcons hiring Kevin Stefanski brings us a Coach with experience. There's a good list of guys in the NFL who did better their 2nd time around. Presume that's what @M_Ryan02 & Arthur Blank were looking for. A 2X Coach of the year for one of the perennially dysfunctional teams in the league. ESPN said Klint Kubiak also impressed Atlanta, by all accounts. Guess we didn't want to wait til the end of Seattle's run (like we did for Dan Quinn in 2015). Or it was more about taking a guy who's well respected around the league in Stefanski. A focus on offense with a dude who's been there before. Still no definitive word Ulbrich will be retained as DC but assume it. Get the most out of Penix let the defense cook. Plenty of weapons on both sides of the ball. Browns fans say good riddance just like some Ravens or Steelers fans felt about their former coaches. And unlike Cleveland those teams have their sh-t together. I wanted Kubiak. We'll see if and where he gets hired and how ready he is for prime time. Have to believe Matt Ryan knows what he's doing. Hopefully Stefanski brings accountability, maximizes the young talent and makes the Playoffs in the most winnable division in football.

It’s been a tough road since I returned from the Sugar Bowl with the flu. I recovered in 7 days but the wife has had it much worse. She’s in her 8th day in the hospital and was told this morning her pneumonia is getting worse. Please pray for her recovery.

The @Dodgers payroll is ridiculous. @MLB needs a salary cap more than ever. The @NFL model works perfectly. Small market teams can win a Super Bowl. The problem with a salary cap for Baseball, cheapskates like the A's, Pirates & Marlins would never spend to the minimum amount.
