@jeffburtle @EmiratesSupport Hope you get this sorted. I've been dealing with them since February as they damaged my limited edition designer suitcase and they don't want to reimburse the REDUCED costs I've incurred to have it replaced. They even call putting me out of pocket "amicable".

Why are airlines so difficult to deal with ?..@EmiratesSupport refusing to refund my payment for my seats to dubai despite the holiday being cancelled by the tour operator on government advice ..had a similar issue with british airways a while back..terrible customer "service".
