@PanasonicDX4500 Alternative: Miss Piggy would say she would never, ever do so, refuting anyone claimingthat she has. And she would blatantly ignore all the ample video evidence proving otherwise

In October 1966, a troubled 25-year-old El Paso resident took his own life. He had been active in the city's theatre community, and just a few short months before his death, he acted in his first and only feature film. Now, against all odds, decades later we know that man as...

@SpitefulBoi @egoraptor It's a real change of pace and I don't know how to feel about it. Like, where did this competent boy come from? And then I remember he runs multiple companies and has survived several youtube ad dramas To quote a certain someone, I guess he really has been here the whole time

I’ve been saying this for years: people have always wanted to just “put something on” and traditional tv channels were the answer to this. Being able to trust a “channel” in the curation of entertainment is so powerful… as a viewer, you’re not only able to relax and just enjoy your entertainment without the pressure of “deciding what to watch,” but also you’re exposed to shows and formats you normally wouldn’t choose. Dropout is at the forefront of revitalizing traditional television for the new age. Their playbook is THE one to keep tabs on.

@AskTSA Why did @DENAirport TSA ask me to provide a second form of photo ID when I opted out of facial verification? My driver's license is a REAL ID

@MCO In addition, the waiver sounds like @orlandomayor could hold a press conference, punch a volunteer in the face, and she would just have to take it.

@MCO This seems like a cheap way of either cutting staff or keeping staff numbers below what they should be. It feels like you're taking advantage of people's love of airports/planes/MCO.

TypeScript rule: The stricter we are, the safer we are. But safety is a tradeoff. It’s not free. Excessively strict typing rules may slow us down more than they help. Example: Requiring explicit return types on every function improves safety, but is redundant and takes time.

This is silly. Bro, I assure you, writing an explicit return type for my functions is not slowing me down. It doesn't even make it into the "Other" category of "Jacob's List of Unoptimizations" I've spent more time wording this tweet than I ever have on explicit typing
