@EmiratesSupport Hi! I’m booked on EK009 tomorrow (4 March) from Dubai to London Gatwick at 14:25. My booking still shows “Scheduled” but there is no option allowing check-in but I’ve seen other places where it’s showing as cancelled. Nobody has contacted me. Thanks!

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I have been through the same process. I had to wait 4 days for a response and the only response I got is that your account remain locked upon review and no explanation as to why. This is just poor customer service.

@jespatel It is not required to bring documentation, if you do have any receipt or documents included with the MacBook it may help to show this to airport security but it is not required. Have a lovely time flying with us Jesal! ^TH

@VirginAtlantic hi I will be travelling from London to Mumbai. Am I allowed to take and use a MacBook Pro 13 inch 2019 model on flight?
