This is the most measured I’ve seen @PierrePoilievre. If this had been his tone all campaign, the outcome might’ve looked very different. Credit where it’s due, he’s disciplined here. Will this interview move the needle? Still no.

Pierre Poilievre has always acted like a gentleman. It’s Mark Carney that is the abrasive jerk. The media did everything they could to reverse it. Where is he right now anyways?

@stphnmaher Unfortunately he has shown us who he is. As we age we change. Maybe one day he will be the humble man you spoke about but it doesn't happen in the span of a day.

This is good stuff. Humble Poilievre is much more likeable than abrasive Poilievre. There's a story to be told about how he smartened up. Not hard to imagine this guy as pm one day if he keeps this up.

Zero chance. Canada has the most educated populace in the world and it may take a bit of time, but they see through a fraud eventually. You can't polish a turd. @PierrePoilievre's not terrible. But he somehow got convinced to go full misinfo/disinfo by the Trump consultants they brought up, and now he seems clown-like in the cold light of day. He needs at least one more 10yr correspondence degree in basketweaving and perhaps some work experience to be taken seriously at all by most. He's a joke relative to Carney.
