BJP CAUGHT AGAIN Just 2 days ago, I’d asked the Govt to give an accurate estimate of India’s petroleum reserves. I’d also said that there’s a big possibility of a fuel price hike in the coming days as the Modi Govt is LYING about our fuel stocks. BJP released a long statement denying fuel shortages & claimed “there will be no price hike”. Epstein Minister refused to come clean but got pliant media to quote “sources” saying India has enough reserves. Today, this MASSIVE LPG price hike. The fact this has been done when 4 states are going to elections shows that the Modi Govt is HELPLESS and couldn’t even postpone this. What is the real picture? Instead of using “sources”, Govt MUST issue a formal statement with data & declare whether or not petrol & diesel prices will also be hiked soon.

In the last 24 hours alone, authorities have seized hoarded LPG cylinders across states: Tamil Nadu – 398 Karnataka – 46 Madhya Pradesh – 170 Uttar Pradesh – 32 Total: 646 cylinders seized in raids. These are only the hoarding cases that were caught in last 24hours.. Imagine the scale of hoarding that goes undetected. This says a lot about the civic consciousness in the country, people panic-buying essential fuel and diverting cylinders to the black market just to make a profit... Not everything can be blamed on the government. Sometimes the problem is the public response itself. God bless this country...

सिलेंडर पर सरकार के मुँह क्यों सिले हैं? कमर्शियल सिलेंडर की किल्लत दरअसल अपने घरों से दूर रह रहे विद्यार्थियों, कामगारों, पेशेवरों, नौकरीपेशा लोगों व श्रमिकों-मज़दूरों के लिए भोजन की भी समस्या है। इसके अतिरिक्त क्लाउड किचन व फूड सप्लाई करनेवाले स्टार्टअप, सप्लाई चेन, ट्रेवल तक के बुरी तरह प्रभावित होने की आशंका है। सरकार हर तरह की गैस की आपूर्ति के बारे में स्पष्ट सूचना दे जिससे जनता समय रहते वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था कर सके। सरकार की गलत नीतियों का ख़ामियाज़ा जनता क्यों भुगते?
