@kudasz Hi Greg, thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, you don’t need a paid membership to view lounge details like opening hours, this information is available via the Priority Pass app or website. The email in your screenshot is part of a standard security check when a 1/2

@chrismbstrong Thank you for your feedback we completely understand your concern. We’re continuously working to expand our lounge network across all terminals, including JFK Terminal 7. As soon as access becomes available, we’ll be sure to keep our members informed.

Just been refused a guest (Chloe) travelling on the same flight in the @Delta lounge Miami although it’s allowed.. the staff are so rude and refused to read the rules on their own website.. @VirginAtlantic find a new airline partner.. it was your ticket that they didn’t like!
