@nypost DOT Comm Mike Flynn and Mayor Mamdani is punishing Ken Griffin Jaime Dimon CEOs who work and live on Park Ave. They scheme to take 2 traffic lanes out and that will reduce to 1 traffic lane so gridlocks and snarl traffic so Jaime Dimon will be frustrated and be late. Nice scheme

@the_transit_guy What is important about Park Ave? Buildings. Lol nothing to see. Homeless will move in drug addicts, criminals will all sightsee victims to rob or steal and sleep inside park Ave. In Penn station seats and table were put in but homeless moved in now seats and tables gone

Yes you can cut spending. For example, NYC public schools are educating 10% fewer students now than 10 years ago... but they employ 5% more staff (6,000 employees). To go back to 2015 levels of DOE employment Mamdani could fire some 13,000 public workers.

Park Ave. got its name because a century ago it had a literal park in the median. Now, at last, the park is coming back (from E.46th to E.57th). With reduction of two lanes of traffic, there will be wider sidewalks, an urban forrest in the median, benches, space for cultural programming, potentially a bike lane etc. There are two final designs and you can vote on which you prefer. I don’t have anything personally against Mamdani because I don’t know him on that level— but when he promoted free buses during his campaign trail knowing he couldn’t deliver, thats when I knew he was fraudulent. He also said he wasn’t right the wrong of what Adams did with the fired workers— then I knew he wasn’t for workers.

Pedestrians who were killed recently were by city workers EMS ambulance, MTA bus drivers, Yellow school bus , Sanitation truck and FDNY. None of them been arrested and charged fail to yield.
