Although my Australian visa cost ~4000 AUD, included a chest x-ray, alot of paper work, supporting documentation, restrictions to travel during the process, and subsequent inability to make plans whilst i waited 3 months for their decision. I hope EU wont be like Australia.

I don’t understand these numbers. The loss of these rights is probably the most damaging and resented aspect of Brexit for millions of people across the U.K. and Europe. And yet 2/3 of voters do not want to lose them. It doesn’t make sense.

As part of the EU, British citizens have the luxury to do the same in Europe.
