But you don’t accumulate 5% as an institution without a reason. Some institutional mandates restrict buying below certain price thresholds – $SIVE clearing those levels opens the door to a whole new buyer base. Sivers crossed the 10$ on 06-02. I know for sure two things will happen once Sivers lists on US Nasdaq: 1) Massive FUD and hard sell-off by retail. 2) Institutional ownership will skyrocket.
