@Radha20268 Probably not the way most of us eat it in North India.

Doing more running doesn’t affect your strength provided you plan it well.
That’s 180lb x 5 x 5 @rpe 8

@AnishBhatt06 Salman khan in Garv Movie. That physique was the perfect balance - athletic and aesthetic.

@OversLife He won a match with a last ball four off Ajit Agarkar. My cricket watching journey started with that series.

@VibhorSinha1 Which flavour is it? If it’s kacha mango, I had that one once. Not sure if it was the reason but I ended up with a few pimples, so I’ve stayed away from that flavour ever since. 😅

@rajmichaelsfit Been there! 😅 I used to do 7 reps with each grip and call it the “21 exercise.” Those last few reps are pure pain for the biceps.

Day 42 of 100 - Gym Arc
It was chest + bicep.
Its gym log of 6 July Monday.
Cause yesterday I was stuck in office because whole area is submerged in water.
I have to stay in one of my colleague house.
Again from there I am in office.
I hope rain stops so i can go home and not come to office untill everything cool down.
Also, I am gonna try some new format in my videos in my next.

@Siddurp2 That last line sums it up perfectly. A dream physique is a lot like money - you think this much will be enough but once you get there, it suddenly feels small. Then you start chasing the next level. You never really settle.
English

Eggs + guava for breakfast.
200g chicken, rice & curd for lunch.
30g oats + whey pre-workout.
200g chicken, rice & veggies for dinner.
Pretty much every day. Might miss it once or twice a week.
And about the dream physique... I don't think you ever truly achieve it because you're always chasing a better version. 😭
Jaina@Jainadave_
Can you eat the same meals every day to get your dream physique?

@KOACHKAMALSAINI Noted sir. I’ll set the bench a bit more upright in my next shoulder session. You observed it perfectly. Thank you for such a detailed explanation. I really appreciate it.
English

Everything looks solid, mate. I wouldn't really change anything. The only small tweak I'd make if I were doing it is setting the bench a bit more upright, around 80–85° instead of 60–70°.
The reason is simple: I'd rather load the anterior delts from their most lengthened position, which is close to 0° of shoulder flexion.
As you decrease the bench angle, your shoulders start in a more flexed position, so you lose part of that stretched range.
I wouldn't go to a full 90° either, because you lose the chest support and stability. Keeping the bench about 5–10° shy of vertical gives you the best balance between stability and loading the delts in the stretched position.
Everything else looks great.
