@weetefal @Dussyme I agree. Some say 11:53 using the same reasoning as yours (and mine), but if it were 11:53, this line extending through the center of the hour hand would pass through the space between the dot and the hour mark, without touching the dot. For 10:48, it goes through the dot.

@Dussyme 1048 . The green (hour hand is about 1/5 away from the hour) which means the minute hand should be the same away from 12. 12 minutes to the hour constitutes 1/5 of the hour.

@Dussyme 11 53 is my guess. The hour hand is dangerously close to the next hour, which means the minutes have to be about to finish a complete circle, and i think it's too close to said hour to be 10 48

@iJordanMoore Over the past 4 seasons, Josh Naylor & Kerry Carpenter have been among the top 50 qualified MLB hitters, Naylor having a 123 wRC+ in 2230 PA, Carpenter having 128 wRC+ in 1332 PA. In 2026 Naylor is 0-18 with 3 K, Carpenter is 0-13 with 6 K. They'll do better, and so will Durbin.

Caleb Durbin is 0-12 with 5 strikeouts. He’s hit just 2 balls out of the infield on opening weekend for the Red Sox. He should not be the starting third baseman for a Major League team.
