@TicketmasterCS Hello, we went to an event at Leeds Becket Student Union (LBSU) last night, but your app said it was the Headingley LBSU when in fact it was Leeds City Centre LBSU. When we realised the mistake we had to get an Uber. Just needs correcting on the app please.

@ATDazzles A lot of time it’s the only opportunity for us non-Londoners to see many big productions, seen so many over the years I otherwise would not have got to see. It’s great because there’s no bad seat.

Keen to know people's thoughts for something I'm working on (to be revealed soon) What are your thoughts on theatre breaking out of its box and having more theatre related shows on TV & in cinemas Should there be more of it? When does it work well and does it ever lose the magic?

@fesshole A story from a few years ago about a recently retired colleague ended with “Can we please shut the window? There’s actually snow on my desk”

Company I work for is downsizing and I had to put forward three members of staff for redundancy. Out of the six people who met the criteria I picked the two that didn't put into my fiftieth birthday collection and the one who demands the windows be open in the middle of winter.

@anon_opin Or a tour with the original cast. They’d have cleaned up.

It's criminal that they never released an album of the original BBC Horrible Histories TV series songs.

@watsoncomedian Was at an American show at Ed fringe years ago where the largely British audience weren’t really getting on board with the style of humour. A British guy on the row in front actually turned round and told off the American next to me for laughing too loudly.

The problem with both art and PE teaching - at least in the 1980s - is that you weren't taught either. If you didn't have a natural talent in them the teachers just didn't give a fuck about you and had to flounder around hating every minute

@RachyCatMum I had the enthusiasm but not the fitness nor the height, so I could never keep up with them 🤣 . It was either them or the rest of the girls who simply didn’t want to know. Sport with the boys was so much better, they actually wanted to play and treated me like an equal!

@Carrie62759853 Being forced to do any sport you’re not interested in is awful, but one day when you’re older you could well find something you enjoy where there is no pressure!

@anon_opin Went to a big outdoor comedy gig this summer, downloaded the e-tickets beforehand. At the gate the QR code wouldn’t scan so I had to find the tickets in the app instead. I always pay a quid or two more for a paper ticket if possible.

I'm all for saving the planet, in fact it's a great idea. But I will say losing paper gig tickets is the worst outcome of all of this. One of my the few joys in my life was my gig ticket collection.

Learning how to read a map should be taught in schools. The amount of people who can't correlate what they're seeing in front of them with what's on the map is astounding.

Wonder how many #parkrun RDs are going to re-write their usual pre-run briefing to include Oasis song titles this week?
