a couple of notes on prop 29 that aren't really clear when you just read the ballot (prop 29 would require dialysis clinics to have at least one physician on site while treating patients)

@mrjamesob Whoever this woman is, she doesn’t seem to get that it’s the law that’s above the government, not the court. Government needs to act within the constraints of the law. That this is such a hard concept to grasp, shows how low we have fallen.

It terrifies me that Iain deserves applause for this statement of what once was obvious. But he does. And I applaud him.

I love how BoJo can in one breath claim to respect the judiciary while stating that 11 justices unanimously came to the wrong conclusion. It’s like me disagreeing with a panel of doctors about their interpretation of my x-ray. #brexit
