I don't understand this. Delgado is IBF rankled 1 and Lopez is ranked 5th by IBF. Why isn't the no. 1 (Delgado) taking on next available highest ranked fighter, which is Oscar Duarte (3). Why is Lopez getting a shot at the title here? Can someone explain this to me?
