@DeanTTraining Once you take the upper body swing out of an exercise, which usually happens when you stand, and use a weight that you can control better with slower concentrics and eccentrics, you get a more efficient exercise when you sit like you're doing

@DeanTTraining I curl on the lat pulldown now facing the other way. Regular curls or hammer curls Game changer. I’m also doing BTB / Bayesian curls on an incline bench for added stability

@DeanTTraining I do this only my range of motion is higher. I bring them up until they are almost parallel to the ground at shoulder level. Bad form?
