After handing the vehicle back, the dealership allegedly never returned it, and the buyer later discovered-using a hidden GPS tracker-that the SUV was being driven by other people and was never taken for an inspection. Police reports indicate the dealership never actually paid the previous owner for the vehicle and instead returned it, leaving the buyer without the car or his money. The case is now being investigated by authorities, and records show multiple prior complaints filed against the dealership for similar issues.
