Why is it when you use self checkout at Lowe’s and enter your phone number, the system won’t apply applicable discounts or email your receipts without scanning/showing your drivers license to staff. BUT when you checkout with a staff member and they input your phone number, your email and discounts are automatically applied, that’s IF there’s any registers are open. SAME checkout process, different fingers punching in the SAME phone number. @Lowes why are you like this
